I've tried Finder>Go>Connect to server, but its asking for a number (I don't know what to put in) and it also doesn't show up when I click browse. Its not showing up in the finder sidebar. But there doesn't seem to be any obvious way to access it via my macbook. I can connect automatically using my ps4, and even android phones without any set up or drivers and its playing the files smoothly, so I know it's not a problem with the mac mini. 1 Macbook pro (UMS also installed, running Mojave) 1 Mac Mini (Successfully hosting via Universal Media Server) Can you even connect from one mac (hosting) and browse using a different mac?
I've never done this before so I'm not sure if I'm missing something simple but I'm having trouble connecting to Universal Media Server on my macbook.
